Good health is essential for all beings and diseases affect all people irrespective of race, religion, socio-cultural or financial status. Thus, Bhagawan Baba has encouraged all to lead healthy lives, and has given directions to render comprehensive, state-of-the-art and free of cost services in the field of healthcare to those who need it. He has placed emphasis on a preventative healthcare system that raises awareness about holistic living.

“ To enjoy good health, one should have water, food and air free from pollution. Now all these three are polluted. Apart from these, man's mind is also polluted. To purify the mind, one should nurture noble and sacred thoughts of service to others. One who does not hurt anybody and has feelings of love and compassion to fellow beings is the greatest. When you develop (such) human values, you can be free from diseases and even enjoy good health with God's Grace.”

SSSCT UK has adopted this guidance and has supported Medical Camps in various countries, including as emergency relief during natural disasters. These camps focus mainly on preventive healthcare- such as raising awareness about cardiovascular and related chronic diseases, women and child health, mental health, smoking and alcohol effects, etc; they have also offered treatments for minor ailments, eye, and dental diseases in partnership with locally available healthcare providers. Support has been extended by the Trust to such camps in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Russia, Philippines etc. The Trust has also extended support to the Sathya Sai Ideal Healthcare Conferences held in the UK.
